Is the Business Score really free?

Yes. The Business Score costs nothing. It exists because the fastest way to show what EMBR does is to do it on your business.

What do you need from me?

Your business name so EMBR can find and confirm the right business, your trade, and the areas you cover. The Score is built from evidence that is already public, so you do not need to hand over logins to see it.

How is the Score calculated?

EMBR gathers public evidence across six areas — Search, Google, AI Search, Reputation, Website and Competition — applies standards that fit your trade, accounts for what applies to your business and how confident it is in each observation, and weights the areas by how much they affect whether a customer finds, trusts and contacts you. The internal weights are not published so the Score can't simply be gamed.

Does AI decide the Score?

No. AI is used inside a governed method — reading evidence, summarising and drafting. It does not invent facts about your business and it is not left to decide your Score on its own.

Will EMBR contact my competitors?

No. EMBR looks at the same publicly available evidence about three local competitors that anyone could look at. It never contacts them and never acts on your behalf towards them.

Can I fix things myself?

Yes, always. Every finding explains what is wrong and why it matters, so you or your existing web person can deal with it. Nothing is withheld to force you into buying implementation.

Do I have to buy a service?

No. The diagnosis is independent of what EMBR sells. Implementation is offered only where the evidence supports it and you want it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Checks and prepared actions stop at the end of your paid period, and publishing permissions are switched off.

What happens to my history and data after cancellation?

Anything already produced for you stays yours. Your business history is retained according to the published privacy notice, and you can request deletion through the routes set out there.
